Measurements & template
The original seat serves as the template. From it, we create a precisely fitting pattern for the new cover.

Cutting
The chosen leather is cut to the pattern – each panel individually and with an eye on the grain.

Adjusting the padding
The foam core is checked and rebuilt if necessary, so that shape and seat height are just right.

Sewing
The leather panels are sewn together. This is where the seam that gives the seat its character is created.

Upholstering
The finished cover is pulled taut and wrinkle-free over the seat and fastened.

Final inspection
Seams, seat and fit are checked before the seat goes back onto the motorcycle.
